Job summary

MPA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Joiner to join its established maintenance and construction team based in Castledawson. You will complete joinery, repair and refurbishment work across occupied and void properties in the Mid Ulster area.

A company van and fuel card are provided, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. This temporary to permanent opportunity offers a supportive team environment and consistent, long-term work, with a focus on quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Joiner or Carpenter in property maintenance.
• Strong first and second fix joinery experience.
• Full UK driving licence; CSR Card desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix joinery work.
• Install and repair doors, windows, skirting, flooring and kitchens.
• Complete general maintenance, repair and refurbishment work.
• Work across occupied and void properties.
• Identify faults and carry out practical repairs.
• Ensure work is safe and to a high standard.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and customers on site.
• Complete job records and paperwork accurately.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organised.
