Together Housing invites applications for a Joiner to join the Repairs and Maintenance team covering the Calderdale area. The role involves delivering joinery repairs across tenanted and vacant properties with a strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in carrying out joinery repairs to tenanted and vacant properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all types of joinery repairs to tenanted and vacant properties in line with job tickets and drawings.
• Aim to complete repairs in one visit with high workmanship and standards.
• Organise workload to minimise downtime and support reallocation of tasks as needed.
• Participate in overtime and standby/call-out rota as requested by management.
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs, seeking approval for more costly or longer jobs.
