Job summary

Joiner role in Dundee focusing on planned kitchen and bathroom replacements in social housing. You will work hands-on to ensure homes are safe, functional, and well maintained, with a focus on customer service.

£21.50 per hour, 42.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri), full-time permanent contract. Includes company van, fuel card, and uniform, plus 25 days leave and other staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience fitting interiors.
• Site-based experience as a Joiner.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• A great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day planned kitchen and bathroom replacements in social housing properties.
• Fit and adjust kitchen units, bathrooms, worktops, cupboard doors, and pelmets.
• Install or replace skirting boards, architraves, and other decorative joinery.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately record job details, materials used, and completion notes using handheld devices or job sheets.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday- Friday

We’re currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Joiner to join our team in Dundee. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality planned kitchen and bathroom replacements in social housing properties, helping ensure residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well maintained. No two days are the same, and your ability to work efficiently, solve problems on-site, and provide excellent customer service will be essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day planned kitchen and bathroom replacements in social housing properties.
• Fit and adjust kitchen units, bathrooms, worktops, cupboard doors, and pelmets.
• Install or replace skirting boards, architraves, and other decorative joinery.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately record job details, materials used, and completion notes using handheld devices or job sheets.
