Mears Group PLC in Coatbridge is seeking an experienced Joiner to join our busy repairs and voids team. You will carry out joinery, maintenance and refurbishment works across residential properties, delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
The role requires previous joinery experience, City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

We are looking for an experienced Joiner to join our busy repairs and voids team. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction, carrying out a range of joinery, maintenance and refurbishment works across residential properties.

We provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.
As a Joiner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work within occupied and void properties. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while providing excellent customer service.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
