Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Joiner for a hospital project based in Oldham. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, on a temporary ongoing basis, with a pay rate of £20 per hour PAYE.

The successful candidate will have an apprenticeship in Joinery or relevant practical experience, plus good knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessment, and the ability to read plans and method statements. Equal opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Joinery or relevant practical experience within a similar industry would be an advantage.
• Sound awareness of risk assessment and safe use of tools, equipment and plant.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
• Ability to take accurate measurements, work to plans and method statements, and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Experience carrying out building fabric repairs and maintenance, including joinery works.
