GuardPass Limited is recruiting Door Supervisors to support security operations at a historic country house and luxury hotel in Berkshire, near Windsor. The role involves protecting the property, staff, guests and materials during renovation works and ensuring safe, controlled access.

Ideal candidates hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, have experience in security or hospitality, and can communicate well while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Five-year checkable employment history.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

1. Venue Overview

We are recruiting reliable and professional Door Supervisors to support security operations at a historic country house and luxury hotel in Berkshire, near Windsor.

The role will help protect the property, contractors, staff, guests, visitors, materials and equipment during renovation works.

2. Main Duties

• Monitor entrances, exits, access points and work areas.
• Check and control access for contractors, visitors and deliveries.
• Conduct regular patrols and report suspicious activity, hazards or damage.
• Help prevent unauthorised access, theft and vandalism.
• Respond calmly to incidents and support emergency procedures.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and venue management.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and follow site procedures.

3. Person Specification

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.
• Previous security, site or hospitality experience.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
