Job summary

Eye2Eye Security UK Limited is seeking experienced SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our nationwide team, delivering visible on-site security at venues, events and hospitality across the UK.

The role requires a minimum 2 years’ experience, a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, and willingness to complete BS7858 vetting; flexible with hours between 10 and 50 per week; hourly pay £15-£18 depending on venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience working as a Door Supervisor or CP Officer.
• Hold a valid, in‑date SIA Door Supervisor / CP licence.
• Highly disciplined and able to respond calmly and appropriately to all situations.
• Committed to protecting people, assets and venue reputations.
• Willing to complete full BS7858 security vetting and our standard application process

Eye2Eye Security UK Limited is a trusted national security provider specialising in manned guarding, static guarding and licensed door supervision across the UK. We work with venues, events and hospitality partners nationwide and are now seeking experienced, professional SIA‑licensed Door Supervisors to join our team.

Role Overview

You will deliver visible, responsible on‑site security at venues, events and hospitality locations across the UK – safeguarding clients, customers and premises in line with company standards and legal requirements. Successful candidates will also be considered for our national event and hospitality assignments.

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience working as a Door Supervisor or CP Officer
• Hold a valid, in‑date SIA Door Supervisor / CP licence
• Highly disciplined and able to respond calmly and appropriately to all situations
• Committed to protecting people, assets and venue reputations
• Willing to complete full BS7858 security vetting and our standard application process

HOURS 10 - 50 hours per week

Pay & Terms

• Hourly rate: £15.00 – £18.00 per hour (rate depends on venue or event)
• All appointments are subject to successful BS7858 security vetting and completion of our formal application procedure.
