Job summary

onlyFE is seeking a dedicated worker to support young adults with SEND in developing employability skills and succeeding in work placements. The role involves delivering on-site coaching, coordinating with employers, and ensuring safe, high-quality placements in collaboration with colleagues and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have SEND experience, strong communication, excellent organisation, and a willingness to travel between employer sites using a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting learners with SEND, employability coaching, or working within education or vocational training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving license for travel between employer sites and placements.
