Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated Job Coach in Lutterworth to support SEN pupils aged 18+ and help them develop employability and workplace skills. Multiple contract options (full-time, part-time, ad hoc) offer flexibility and career growth within education and specialist support.

You will work 1:1 or with groups, building confidence and independence while collaborating with colleges, employers, and staff to deliver tailored support plans.

Responsibilities

• Support students in developing employability and workplace skills.

• Develop positive relationships with students, colleagues, employers and other professionals.
• Encourage students to overcome barriers and achieve their individual goals.
• Promote independence while providing appropriate levels of support.
• Follow individual support plans and contribute to students' progress and development.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive and supportive environment.
• Support on a 1:1 basis as well as running sessions for groups of pupils.

Salary: £120 - £135 per day dependent on role and experience

Here at Aspire People we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coaches to join our team and support our incredible partner College for SEN pupils aged 18+.

We have a range of opportunities available, including full-time, part-time and ad hoc cover, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking for flexibility or those seeking to develop their career within education and specialist support.

As a Job Coach, you will play an important role in supporting students to develop their employability, independence and workplace skills, helping them prepare for successful transitions into employment and adult life.

The Role

As a Job Coach, you will:

• Support students in developing employability and workplace skills.

We are looking for people who have previous experience working with young people with SEND, additional needs or barriers to employment as well as:
