Job summary

onlyFE is seeking a dedicated individual to support young adults with SEND in developing employability skills and securing successful work placements. The role focuses on coordinating on-site coaching, liaising with employers, and delivering high-quality placements in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have SEND experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND, employability coaching, or education/training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Full UK driving license for travel between employer sites and placements.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Essential

• Experience in supporting learners with SEND, employability coaching, or working within education or vocational training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant qualifications or professional certifications
• Knowledge of Supported Internship frameworks, work place health and safety expectations and SEND -related guidance for supporting learners in employment settings
