Job summary

United Response is hiring a Job Coach in Leeds to empower adults with criminal convictions to secure sustainable employment, training, or education. The role covers 1:1 and group coaching, CV writing, interview prep, travel training, and in-work support across multiple projects, including Job Club, DFN Project Search, and Access to Work initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with or willingness to work with people with criminal convictions.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4+) with a relevant training qualification (TSI/Level 3 Job Coach; BASE certificate).
• Flexibility to work across locations and settings.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals develop employability skills and achieve sustainable employment or education.
• Provide CV writing, interview preparation, travel training, and in-work support.
