Job summary

South Essex College Group is seeking a dedicated on-site role to support learners with SEND and help them build employability skills through real work placements.

You will work with employers and college staff to ensure safe, meaningful placements, deliver job coaching, track progress, and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting learners with SEND, employability coaching, or working within education or vocational training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence for travel between employer sites and placements.
• Knowledge of Supported Internship frameworks and SEND-related guidance.

Responsibilities
