We are a small but dynamic team who recently were rated Strong during the Ofsted inspection. Your role as a Job Coach will support young people with SEND to develop work-related skills, identify career interests with the career team, and prepare the students for employment or meaningful vocational activities. Responsibilities include delivering one-to-one and small group coaching sessions, supporting learners in work placements, and collaborating with employers and internal staff to ensure appropriate workplace adjustments and support. The role involves creating and implementing individualized employment plans, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to reviews and reports. The Job Coach will also promote self-advocacy, confidence, and independence in learners while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. The job coach will be expected to drive either a college car or own car, with business insurance.
