We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to become a Job Coach across our supported employment services and social enterprises. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting people with a learning disability and the ability to teach skills and increase independence. A strong person-centred approach and the ability to work with a wide range of people within the workplace are essential. Commitment to supporting young people to gain and sustain employment is critical.
