Purpose and Objectives:
The role involves reviewing existing Plant Training Standards, developing new standards related to NOCN Card Scheme Products including CPCS and assured schemes, SiteRight, and ensuring technical accuracy of testing and assessments. Responsibilities include managing review processes and implementing related documentation.
The primary goal is to collaborate with the Head of Card Schemes and the Quality and Development Manager, consulting with industry stakeholders to ensure products are technically correct and exemplary.
The role requires technical knowledge and practical plant experience, including familiarity with the CPCS Scheme and plant categories, training development, and delivery.
