Jo Malone London in St Albans is seeking a warm, personable Stylist who will be the host with the most in our boutique. You will greet visitors from across the globe, share the World of Jo Malone London story, and deliver signature experiences that leave guests feeling welcomed, inspired and cared for.

You will support store operations, help with opening and closing, assist with events and consultations, maintain a pristine boutique, and uphold the highest standards of presentation and service

Primary responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to deliver on service goals. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment, operations, assisting with opening and closing of the Boutique and housekeeping duties. The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be warm, kind and friendly, love to help with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Will have a passion for service and storytelling whilst being adaptable and versatile. Will be gracious, intelligent, smart and have a groomed, clean and crisp image.
