Jo Malone London in Cambridge is seeking a Boutique Stylist to host guests with warmth, share The World of Jo Malone London, and deliver exceptional service at every visit. You will engage with customers and corporate clients, while presenting fragrance experiences that are memorable.

In this role you will support store operations, assist with opening and closing the boutique, and help maintain a pristine retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to deliver on service goals. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment, operations, assisting with opening and closing of the Boutique and housekeeping duties. The Stylist will understand their individual sales and service goals
