You will analyze quality data, identify trends and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes. The ideal candidate has strong jewellery knowledge and an eye for detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day quality control across workshop deliveries, new production, returns and repairs.
• Inspect pieces against quality standards and technical requirements with attention to detail.
• Document and communicate quality concerns, and follow through to resolution.
• Provide technical feedback to internal teams and external workshops.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Develop quality reports and logs to track key quality metrics.
