Neve Jewels Group seeks an experienced Jewellery Assessment Co-ordinator to join our Birmingham Operations office. The role involves assessing both commercial and bespoke pieces, coordinating with workshop teams, and overseeing repairs and quality control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of jewellery assessment or workshop-related experience.
• Proficient knowledge of jewellery detailings (metals, settings, tolerances).
• Skilled in product and design assessment.
• Customer service & handling queries via phone and email.
• Knowledge of quality control processes in fine jewellery.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Assess issues with commercial and bespoke jewellery designs.
• Collaborate with workshop teams to resolve issues.
• Track and issue repairs requiring alterations.
• Coordinate with regional offices for stock transfers.
• Source stones and findings for urgent orders and repairs.
• Oversee workshop repair costs and budgeting.
• Provide general customer service and support.
