Weston Beamor in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector with a strong background in jewellery manufacturing to join our team. You’ll ensure jewellery meets quality standards from casting through to finished product.

The role requires attention to detail, confident quality decisions, and collaboration with Production, Setting and Quality teams to resolve issues and keep production moving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in jewellery manufacturing or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of casting, mounting, setting and finishing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident in independent decisions and escalation when needed.

Responsabilités

• Inspect jewellery and components at different stages of production and assess workmanship.
• Make decisions to pass, repair, rework or reject items.
• Identify defects and report recurring quality issues for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and support production to meet lead times.
