Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a Merchandiser for its Fine Jewellery department. You will drive sales and profit by planning ranges, analyse performance, forecast demand, and guide stock, intake and pricing decisions.

You will work closely with the Buyer/Designer to implement a balanced, trend-led range and manage the department’s KPIs across stores and digital channels. You will lead a small team, develop people, and partner with senior leadership to optimise commercial outcomes and margin.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and trading skills using data to drive decisions.
• Ownership of dept strategy, aligning business and financial goals.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Experience in an omni channel business is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit by planning and managing product ranges across departments.
• Analyse trading performance, forecast demand and manage stock levels, intake and pricing.
• Understand customer needs by channel and make commercial decisions to improve profitability.
• Develop and implement department strategy with the Buyer/Designer.
• Trade actively to optimise stock availability and margin.
• Communicate clearly in trading meetings and across the business to drive strategy.
