Responsibilities

• Lead dedicated commercial lead for specific product categories.
• Own category performance vs LY and plan (WTD, MTD, STD, YTD).
• Produce data-backed briefs ahead of Range Reviews outlining category requirements.
• Refresh quarterly competitor benchmarking and market analysis for assigned categories.
• Drive margin and target cost alignment for new product development across assigned categories.
• Build, manage and distribute core commercial reporting on newness and continuity.
