Itchy Feet is seeking a Transaction Analyst to join its Capital Markets team in Jersey. You will manage day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Jersey-based client entities and SPVs, ensuring timely delivery and governance compliance.

Under guidance, you will coordinate with junior colleagues, prepare board materials, manage deadlines, and support regulatory filings. The role emphasizes governance, client service, and accurate record-keeping in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate administration or financial services in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting a portfolio of client entities or structures.
• Interest in capital markets, SPVs, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing board packs, minutes, resolutions, and regulatory filings is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and advisers.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily administration for Jersey-based entities, SPVs, and capital markets structures with oversight.
• Support establishment of new structures and transactions, including formation and post-completion activities.
• Maintain diaries and workflows, tracking deadlines and escalating delays.
• Coordinate with clients, advisers, auditors, tax advisers, and other transaction parties.
• Prepare board packs, minutes, resolutions, and monitor agreed actions.
