Job summary

CSC in Jersey is seeking a Transaction Analyst to manage day-to-day administration of client entities and SPVs in a hybrid, permanent role. You will own workloads, deliverables, and billing under supervision, with opportunities to learn about governance and Jersey regulations.

You will coordinate with clients, advisers and colleagues to ensure accurate timelines, filings and registrations while building experience in capital markets support and transactional governance.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Collaborative yet able to work independently under oversight.
• Experience in corporate administration or financial services is advantageous.
• Willingness to study towards governance, law, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of Jersey companies, SPVs and capital markets structures under senior oversight.
• Support establishment of new structures and transactions, including formation and filings.
• Maintain diary, deadlines, and billing; monitor KPIs and client deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, advisers, auditors and other parties; escalate where needed.
• Prepare board materials, minutes, and resolutions; maintain statutory books and filings.
• Assist with client take-on, due diligence, risk assessments and Jersey regulatory requirements.
• Record time and ensure service levels are met; raise fee or collection concerns as needed.
