Job summary

Jersey Electricity in Jersey is seeking a skilled heating systems installer to join Jersey Electricity Building Services (JEBS). The post holder will install and service heating systems, including replacing oil/gas boilers with electric boilers, and replace pressurised cylinders.

You may train to install Air source heat pumps as part of the journey with Jersey Electricity. Strong diagnostic and repair skills are essential, with NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, servicing, and maintaining heating systems.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent certifications.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and upgrade heating systems, including electric boilers.
• Replace and install pressurised cylinders.
• Willing to undertake training to install Air source heat pumps.
