Job summary

Accenture London is seeking a Java - Software Engineer (Consultant) to deliver high-quality implementations within an agile team. You will develop critical functionality, write unit and integration tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformations.

The role requires hands-on Java expertise, Spring Boot experience, and strong TDD/CI practices. A willingness to work onsite with clients and mobility across engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent hands-on experience with Java and related technologies.
• Experience working with Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in Test Driven Development and test automation.
• Experience in DevOps tooling and Continuous Delivery.
• Good knowledge of containers (Docker) and open-source tools.
• Knowledge of both traditional and agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality implementation and documentation for critical functionality.
• Deliver code, unit tests, feature tests, stubs and integration tests.
• Operate in an agile environment as part of a scrum team and participate in sprint rituals.
• Work with members of multiple skills to understand designs, functional requirements and triage issues.
• Create and document low-level designs.
• Assist in the promotion and delivery of digital transformation engagements.
