Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in enterprise software engineering for real-time banking systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and resilient service design.
• Hands-on Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with CD practices and cloud-native automation.
• Designing scalable RESTful APIs with versioning, observability.
• Distributed cloud-native environments with strong failure handling.
• Experience in banking or regulated environments is a plus.
• Mentoring mindset and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy robust distributed software across the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to building a modern real-time banking platform delivering business value.
• Apply Agile methods to manage software backlog items.
• Build event-driven microservices using Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Automate builds, tests, and deployments.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers and Domain Architects to align architecture with business objectives.
• Coach and mentor engineers to grow technical capability.
