Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a fast-moving delivery team building a new regulatory reporting platform. You will work on MiFID II transaction reporting, pre/post-trade transparency, and instrument data flows in a cloud-native microservices architecture (Java 17, Spring Boot, AWS).

You'll collaborate with BAs, compliance SMEs, and QAs to deliver business-critical features, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to design, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java development experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
• Strong RESTful API design and cloud deployments (AWS).
• Experience with Agile processes, Jira, Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable cloud-native backend components using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features for regulatory reporting and data flows.
• Translate regulatory requirements into robust, auditable technical solutions and write tests.
