ARQ is a fast-growing fintech seeking a Backend Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems powering our cross-border money movement platform.

You will work on REST APIs, microservices and systems like card payments, treasury management and transactions; Java is central, with Spring Boot and PostgreSQL shaping the stack. Strong focus on clean code, TDD and CI/CD in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in backend development using Java
• Bachelor's Degree in CS, Math, Physics or engineering
• Fluent English communication
• Proven track record in high-growth startups
