Location: Portlethen Academy, Burntland Road, AB12 4QL

Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-15:00, 10:00-18:00, 14:00-22:00 (Rotating shift patterns)

Contract: Permanent - Full Time

Hourly Rate : £13.40 P/H

Your new role

What you’ll do:

• Carry out routine and ad-hoc janitorial duties in support of all on-site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions.
• Perform planned janitorial maintenance duties according to scheduled times and procedures, and undertake property maintenance within your competence.
• Supervise, develop, and monitor cleaning staff to maintain standards in line with contract and quality procedures.
• Maintain the safe and efficient operation of energy systems in accordance with contract conditions.
• Support and assist other sites as directed by the Lead Janitor or Facilities Manager.

What you’ll need:

• Awareness of Health & Safety issues and safe working methods.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
• A PVG/Disclosure Check is required before starting.
