Job description

Location: St Columbkilles Primary School, Rutherglen
Hours: 41.5 per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm, Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm
Hourly Rate: £13.48 - £13.78

You will be responsible for preparing all documentation related to the Janitorial and Cleaning functions within the premises.

Your duties will include cleaning floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc.

You will also need to monitor cleaning standards in line with specifications and COSHH regulations, reporting any issues to management.

Responsibilities:
  1. Effectively communicate with the Facilities Manager, Head of Establishment/Lessee's, and Team Members to meet customer needs daily.
  2. Log, monitor, and report all damage or faults related to the fabric and fixtures.
  3. Liaise with external contractors and lessees, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and security procedures.
  4. Monitor activities of lessees and contractors, reporting issues to the line manager.
  5. Keep the unit grounds safe and tidy, free from dangerous articles, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors.
