Sytner Group are excited to offer a permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission. Our Sales Executives are at the heart of delivering first-class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers during the journey of buying their car, ensuring service to the highest standard.

About The Role

Sytner Land Rover Northampton have an exciting opportunity for someone with a customer service or sales background. As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them through their car-buying journey. The role typically requires flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide the highest level of service.

On top of salary and achievable on-target earnings (OTE) of £50,000, benefits include a company car, subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership, and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit. You may be asked to attend an assessment centre. Successful applicants will receive details around dates and times once the role has closed. For this role, automotive sales experience is a minimum requirement.
