Job summary

Thales in the UK is seeking an experienced IVVQ Manager to lead the Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification activities for a next-generation Electronic Warfare solution. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction across demanding defence projects.

The role offers flexible working options, including hybrid arrangements, and opportunities to work on cutting-edge EW technology with a global technology leader.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IVVQ activities in complex engineering programmes.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and lifecycle.
• Experience capturing and managing requirements across projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/iterative development methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead IVVQ activities across the programme lifecycle.
• Develop and implement IVVQ strategies and best practices.
• Ensure IVVQ aligns with plans, budgets, schedules and quality objectives.
• Introduce and adopt new IVVQ tools and processes.
• Verify that delivered solutions meet customer requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support integration, verification, validation and qualification activities.
• Produce and maintain systems engineering and IVVQ documentation.
• Track and report defects effectively.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
