Thales is seeking an experienced IVVQ Manager to lead integration, verification, validation and qualification activities on a next-generation Electronic Warfare project. You will guide IVVQ strategies, ensure quality, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the programme lifecycle.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IVVQ Manager to join us on a permanent basis, working on the delivery of a next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) solution.
As a key member of the engineering team, you will lead the Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) activities across the programme, ensuring solutions are delivered to the highest standards of quality, performance and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a Systems Engineering professional with proven experience leading IVVQ teams and managing requirements within complex, technology-driven environments.
You’ll be a collaborative and proactive Systems Engineering professional with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions in complex technical environments.
