Skills and Abilities

1. Experience in implementing ITSM Processes as per ITIL 2011 best practices.
2. Capable of handling end-to-end ITSM implementation.
3. Provide guidance and support to delivery teams in implementing and improving service management processes.
4. Define process KPIs and metrics to monitor and manage process performance.
5. Conduct process maturity assessments/gap analysis as per ITIL/ISO 20000 best practices and prepare management reports.
6. Align IT service management processes as per customer needs and industry-leading practices.
7. Participate in internal audits.
8. Aware of various service management tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, etc.
9. Must be ITIL certified at intermediate level (minimum SO, ST, and SD); ITIL Expert preferred.
10. ISO 20000 Implementer/Practitioner certified.
11. 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
12. Effective communicator with excellent presentation skills.
