The role

The ServiceNow Business Process Consultant is a senior and key member of the ServiceNow delivery team, responsible for designing and deploying best-practice process solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives. This role involves leading current-state process discovery, re-engineering workshops, and analysis sessions to identify and implement solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

What we need to see from you
  1. Professional Experience: Extensive experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Business Administration, or management consulting, process design, or product management. Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, leading and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives, and advising executives.
  2. Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service orientation, workshop facilitation, delivering presentations, documenting process designs, business requirements, user stories, process guides, and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage challenging situations, and resolve conflicts.
  3. Certifications: ServiceNow CIS Certifications in at least three of the following areas: ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, or V3, or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification is an asset.
