Job description

We are Systematix and are currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in ITSM systems and processes to aid in our client’s implementation strategies.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client is seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to collaborate with the Operations team and the Integration Program Manager to support and document the ITSM deployment project.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements and working with business teams and IT to deploy the ITSM solution.
• Creating business workflow diagrams, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including training.
• Tracking and documenting decisions.
• Working directly with the business owners of specific areas, as well as new stakeholders and IT groups in operating companies.
• Participating in project execution, training, and cutover activities.

ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of business analysis and related experience.
• High proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience working with global teams and intercompany processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
