About the role

Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for transforming business challenges into actionable results? We’re looking for a Business Consultant to join our dynamic team and help bring our clients’ monday.com visions to life.

In this role, you'll work closely with teammates across North America and the UK, delivering impactful solutions for clients in a variety of time zones, primarily in the UK. If you're passionate about problem-solving, collaboration, and making tools like monday.com work smarter for businesses, we’d love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

Needs Analysis and Solution Design

  • Conduct early-stage discovery workshops to unravel client needs and shape solutions. Identify client problems and requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Developers to plan and design creative solutions. Help clients make informed decisions tailored to their specific constraints.

Solution Delivery and Change Management

  • Guide clients on best practices for monday.com implementation and governance. Utilize IPaaS solutions such as Make.com and Zapier to create low/no-code integrated systems. Propose and execute process improvements to enhance client efficiency. Apply various strategies for project and change management aligned with the IT industry. Enable clients to measure the impacts of our solutions by creating tangible metrics. Compile comprehensive engagement reports detailing findings, recommendations, and solutions. Provide solution support and training to stakeholders and end-users. Engage with clients early in their journey, empathizing with their challenges and formulating solutions. Craft thoughtful proposals, detailing proposed solutions and effort estimates. Deliver application demos for a variety of client stakeholders.

Organization and Communication

  • Manage multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously. Act as the main client contact, ensuring efficient and professional communication. Prioritize and manage your workload effectively. Foster two-way communication with others. Maintain continuous, open, and consistent communication. Be proactive in understanding competition and Adaptavist's market position.

Role-specific skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Experience delivering monday.com professional services engagements with mid-market to enterprise customers. Familiarity with Agile, ITSM, ESM, and other industry practices. Experience managing change within a technical environment. Proficiency with the Adaptavist tool suite and partner platforms like GitLab, AWS, etc. Readiness to specialize in monday.com products (monday CRM, monday Dev, monday Service) for deeper expertise. Knowledge of platforms like Grammarly, Coda, or Notion is a plus; openness to adopting new AI tools. Stellar communication skills with the ability to adapt technical details for different audiences. Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Excellent workload management. Certifications in the monday.com ecosystem. Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, on-premises, and cloud IT environments. Proven multitasking in fast-paced tech environments. Experience in project management, leadership, or mentorship roles. Experience with IPaaS solutions like Make.com and Zapier. Coding experience with C#, Java, or Python is a bonus.
