Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a growing client of ours, to play a key role in supporting the ongoing deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of a ServiceNow Service Management platform used to support both internal teams and external customers.

This remote working position involves close collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and end users to deliver application support, configuration, testing, and documentation services. The role requires hands-on experience in designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, developing specifications, and overseeing testing and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and document business and user requirements (as user stories in Agile environments)
• Ensure all requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to agreed specifications
• Design and configure ServiceNow applications and services
• Act as a representative for stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release phases
• Collaborate with the platform team to produce accurate release estimates
• Support system testing activities
• Work with stakeholders to promote and drive system adoption
• Provide day-to-day support for ServiceNow incidents and service requests, liaising with relevant internal teams and third-party suppliers when required

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, including both system maintenance and implementation of new features
• Practical knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design, and UI Actions within ServiceNow
• Experience working with the Customer Service Management (CSM) module
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Performance Analytics, and Reporting functionalities
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
