Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is recruiting for four Highways Technology Engineer (ITS) roles across the East of England and Northern England. The contract position offers day rates of £350-£375 CIS and night rates of £400-£425 CIS, on a 6-month initial term.

45 hours per week, across East/Northern regions, with project delivery on live networks. You will support replacement and upgrade of roadside technology, oversee installation and commissioning, and coordinate with subcontractors and

Qualifications

Experience in Highways Technology, ITS or motorway technology infrastructure.
Familiar with CCTV, VMS, MIDAS, radar detection or motorway signalling.
Ability to install, replace, test and commission technology on live networks.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of highways technology replacement and upgrade works.
Oversee installation, replacement, testing and commissioning of roadside technology equipment.
Work across ITS including CCTV, VMS and MIDAS; liaise with site teams and stakeholders.
Support fault finding and resolution; ensure compliance with standards and project specs.
Maintain installation and handover documentation.
