Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP, based in London, seeks an IT Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. You will resolve incidents, manage changes, and coordinate with suppliers to keep critical finance applications running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have ITIL experience and familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA or IVANTI, plus exposure to Figaro and related financial services software. Some after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial services applications (Figaro preferred).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and a service management environment.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA or IVANTI.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT application-related incidents, problems, service requests and tasks promptly.
• Apply release management techniques and coordinate software changes.
• Monitor performance and availability of supported IT applications.
• Liaise with IT suppliers to ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems.
• Provide ad-hoc training to staff on supported applications.
• Support disaster recovery activities as required.
