Although this role will be mainly administrative, there are opportunities for an individual seeking a career in IT to learn new skills and develop technical abilities that will enable transition into more technical IT roles.

Your Role

As an IT User Administrator your day-to-day remit includes:

  • Liaising with HR and the wider company to obtain or provide any necessary information to ensure a smooth onboarding or offboarding process.
  • Being responsible for setting up laptops and mobile phones in preparation for new starters that require them. You will also work closely with our IT Support team to arrange delivery or collection of hardware.
  • Utilising time efficiently to be able to set up accounts sometimes within tight deadlines and to also decommission accounts using the correct process and to meet security requirements.
  • Always delivering excellent customer service.
Your Skills and Experience
  • You will be able to demonstrate a supportive, flexible, and driven ethos and will have accumulated the following experience and skills:
  • Experience of working in a high-pressure environment or similar.
  • Excellent customer service skills and written communication skills.
  • Effective time and workload management skills.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels, and an excellent team member.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Your Team

Our IT team makes sure our capabilities match our ambition. We are always looking to challenge convention in the way we use technology. We are a digitally enabled and data-driven firm, and we use technology to continually adapt our approach to meet our clients’ changing needs.
