Job description

Join to apply for the IT User Administrator role at Xerox.

This is an entry-level, in-person position based in Bristol, BS2 0HQ, supporting the IT Service Desk team with essential IT setup and administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setting up laptops and mobile phones for new starters.
  • Ensure timely account setup and removal following security procedures.
  • Coordinate with the IT Support team for IT equipment logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and user accounts.
  • Work with HR to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage IT equipment recycling and documentation.
  • Regularly check and maintain IT office equipment.
  • Provide customer service and respond to basic IT queries.
  • Contribute to process improvements and compile activity reports.

Required Skills and Experience:
