Job summary

Portsmouth Water Ltd is seeking a Head of IT Transformation to lead our IT portfolio and transformation programme. You will shape the roadmap, run the Transformation Office and ensure investments deliver measurable business value.

You will work closely with the CIO and LT, directing governance, risk/controls, and supplier management while translating complex technical and financial information into clear executive recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing an IT PMO or Transformation Office.
• Experience leading large multi-year IT portfolios and major programmes.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into a prioritised delivery plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver IT strategy, roadmap and portfolio aligned with business priorities.
• Provide governance, assurance and performance reporting to Exec and Board.
• Lead the Transformation Office and mature portfolio delivery standards.
• Manage commercial, supplier relationships and financial controls across IT portfolios.
• Oversee benefits realisation and risk management across programmes.
