Job summary

Portsmouth Water are seeking a Head of IT Transformation to lead our IT transformation portfolio and turn technology strategy into a deliverable programme of investment and change.

Working with the CIO and IT Leadership Team, you will shape the transformation roadmap, establish governance across the portfolio, and realise measurable business benefits from major technology investments including IFS Cloud and GIS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading IT PMO, Portfolio Office or Transformation Office.
• Experience managing complex IT portfolios and major programmes from mobilisation through delivery.
• Commercial awareness: managing budgets, forecasts and contracts.
• Evidence-based, data-driven decision making with portfolio insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the IT strategy, roadmap and portfolio aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee Transformation Office operations, governance, standards and performance expectations.
• Provide portfolio oversight and independent assurance to Executive Team and Board.
• Manage IT capital portfolio financial planning, funding, forecasting and benefits realisation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Legal to mitigate delivery risks.
