We are seeking IT Trainers to join our existing team. Role Overview
As an IT Trainer, you will play a crucial role in our projects to enhance staff's technical skills, ensuring they can leverage technology effectively. You will collaborate with others to ensure a consistent training experience and lead training projects. Your passion for helping others and your commitment to their development will be vital.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, inductions, and webinars tailored to legal professionals.
- Content Development: Create and maintain training materials, manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess training effectiveness and gather feedback for ongoing improvements.
- Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support to colleagues, troubleshoot IT issues, and enhance understanding of software applications.
- Collaboration: Work with IT and HR teams to identify training needs and develop strategies.
- Championing Technology: Promote a learning culture and positive adoption of new technologies.
- Project Contribution: Participate in projects involving training components, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Testing and documenting new applications.
Essential Skills And Qualifications- Proven experience in delivering IT training within the legal sector.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and legal software such as ShareDo, NetDocs, and iManage.
- Valid driving license and access to a car for travel between offices.
- Ability to deliver high standards of service to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate learners.
Desirable Skills- Experience in developing and delivering webinars.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
