Job summary
Armstrong Talent Partners is seeking an IT / Telecoms Projects Engineer to deliver high‑quality technical projects across customer environments within an MSP. You will plan, implement, and hand over projects to ensure best‑practice standards, on time and with minimal disruption.
The role combines strong technical capability with planning, communication and customer‑facing skills. The ideal candidate has strong M365 experience and will work across servers, cloud, networking, security and telecoms
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in MSP environments delivering technical projects.
- Experience with Windows Server, AD, and Group Policy.
- Proficient in VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization and MS 365/Azure.
- Experience with networking, security, and audits.
- Ability to plan, document, and hand‑over projects to support teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT, cloud, networking and telecoms projects to scope and on time.
- Install, configure, and migrate systems including MS 365 and Azure.
- Perform pre‑installation checks, risk assessments and readiness reviews.
- Collaborate with Project Managers on workloads and milestones.
- Produce implementation plans, config notes and post‑installation reports.
- Support go‑lives, cutovers and on‑call incidents when required.
- Attend customer sites for audits, onboarding, and issue resolution.
