Job summary

MSP Talent Bridge Ltd is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join the delivery team in a hybrid role, split between telecoms installation projects and broader IT/print support. The role involves working across site installations, coordinating with customer IT teams, and contributing to knowledge base on print software.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and implementing telecoms installations.
• Ability to manage projects from requirements to delivery with customers and accounts.
• Strong IT/network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for installation planning with customer IT teams.
• Manage your own projects — define requirements, coordinate with account managers and customers, oversee delivery to completion.
• Carry out site surveys and build/implement telecoms installations.
• Support the wider IT stack — diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log and track work accurately in the service management system.
• Escalate complex issues to management or specialist teams when needed.
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation around print solution software.
