Job summary

RPC is relocating its Tower Bridge headquarters to 10 Devonshire Square, Liverpool St., London. The IT & Technology Workstream Lead will plan, coordinate and deliver all technology activities to ensure Day 1 readiness and a seamless transition.

You will manage infrastructure, end-user services and supplier relationships, reporting to the Associate Director of IT & Operations and Programme Manager. The role requires delivering a secure, connected workspace with strong governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Proven experience leading technology workstreams within large-scale office relocations or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, workplace technology and end-user computing.
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT & Technology workstream within the office move programme.
• Develop and maintain the technology delivery plan aligned with the programme schedule.
• Coordinate infrastructure, networks, and end-user/workplace technology.
• Manage workplace technology, digital workplace solutions and occupation readiness.
• Ensure technology requirements are incorporated into design, construction and planning.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, external consultants, suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate technology dependencies with other workstreams and governance bodies.
• Oversee risk, issue, dependency and change management activities.
• Ensure testing and go-live readiness before occupation.
• Coordinate cutover, weekend moves and post-move support.
• Provide progress reporting and escalations to Programme Leadership.
