What You Will Bring To The Role:

• Previous experience in an IT support role.
• Experience working within a school, academy, or college is highly desirable and advantageous.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment such as servers, software, networks, hardware, and telephony.
• Experience supporting Office 365.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for providing a first-class, customer-facing service.
